Did you know our neighborhood mailbox clusters are owned and maintained by the HOA?
We’re currently working on giving them some much needed TLC! Improvements include cleaning the clusters, replacing faded mailbox numbers, lubricating the keyholes, and installing protective awnings overhead.
These improvements will not only freshen up their appearance but also help protect them from the elements and extend the lifespan of these very expensive mailbox clusters. A little preventative maintenance now can save the neighborhood significant expenses down the road!
