Virtual attendance will also be available.

Homeowners should be on the lookout for official meeting notices and the virtual meeting link. Please check the homeowner portal or contact David at IMC if you need an absentee ballot. Absentee ballots must be received no later than 5:00 PM on October 5.

When: We hold four HOA meetings per year, one each quarter. The October meeting is our larger Annual Meeting with elections when applicable.
